on Saturdays please schedule your bookings 3 days in advance.
A credit card number is required at the time of booking for
a confirm appointment. Please check-in at the reception at
least 10 min prior to your scheduled appointment.
Should you be late, you may choose to receive the treatment
for the remaining time booked or an alternative treatment
if available.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
50% charge for canceling of appointment less than 3 working
hours in advance. Full charge for 'No Show'
Treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
